We charge a fee for our services, which will be agreed upon before we begin work on your campaigns. Our fees are based on the scope of work and the amount of time required to manage your campaigns. Payment is due on a monthly basis, and we will invoice you accordingly. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to suspend our services until payment is received.

As our client, you are responsible for providing us with accurate and up-to-date information about your business, products, and services. You are also responsible for providing us with access to your Google Ads account, including any necessary login credentials. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to advertising, and you must not engage in any activity that violates Google's advertising policies.

We will keep all information related to your business and your Google Ads campaigns confidential. We will not disclose this information to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services. We will also take appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Either party may terminate our services at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. If you terminate our services before the end of the month, we will invoice you for work performed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if you violate these terms of service or engage in any activity that we believe is harmful to our business or reputation.

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with our services will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for those services.

These terms of service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [insert state], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any action arising out of or in connection with these terms of service will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
